  • 80g pack Suimin Braised Beef 2 minute Ramen noodles
  • ¼ teaspoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha chilli sauce (optional)
  • 100g cooked sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • ¼ white onion, peeled and sliced
  • ½ small carrot, peeled and julienned
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • 4 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • Juice of ½ a lime


  1. In a medium saucepan combine oil, Chinese five spice and garlic together over a medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Add 500ml water, hoisin sauce, sriracha chilli sauce and braised beef seasoning together over a medium heat. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  2. Add noodles and cook following pack instructions.
  3. Place cooked noodles in a serving bowl topped with sliced cooked beef, onion, carrots, bean sprouts, coriander and basil. Pour over the beef broth and serve with a squeeze of lime.
