In a medium saucepan combine oil, Chinese five spice and garlic together over a medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Add 500ml water, hoisin sauce, sriracha chilli sauce and braised beef seasoning together over a medium heat. Reduce heat to a simmer.
Add noodles and cook following pack instructions.
Place cooked noodles in a serving bowl topped with sliced cooked beef, onion, carrots, bean sprouts, coriander and basil. Pour over the beef broth and serve with a squeeze of lime.
