Hot & Spicy Vegie Noodle Cup

Ingredients
1 Suimin Hot & Spicy Noodle Cup 70g
1 pack firm tofu
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup broccoli florets
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup carrot, grated
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
¼ cup coriander, chopped
Method
- Cook cup noodles according to pack directions.
- Cut tofu into slices. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook tofu for 1 minute on each side, then drain on paper towel.
- Place broccoli in a steamer over boiling water, reduce to medium heat and steam for 4 minutes.
- Drain broth from noodles and arrange cooked noodles in a serving bowl with tofu, broccoli, sliced avocado and grated carrot.
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds and coriander over your dish, and enjoy!
